Tyre World does not warrant the blades
Tyre World sells and, when booked, fits Michelin wiper blades. We do not provide our own product warranty.
Any product warranty is Michelin’s, on the terms supplied with the blades or published by Michelin. Michelin India’s detailed warranty pages on michelin.in describe tyre cover. They do not state a separate period for wiper blades. We do not apply the tyre warranty period to wipers.
What is not a Tyre World warranty claim
- Normal wear after the blades have been used
- A wrong size or vehicle chosen by the customer
- Damage from installation, misuse, or an accident
How we help
Keep your Tyre World order confirmation as proof of purchase. If you believe a blade has a manufacturing defect, contact us with the order number and clear photos. We will coordinate with Michelin and try our best to move the request. Michelin decides whether the claim is covered.
A blade we sent by mistake is not a warranty claim. That is covered by our returns policy as a wrong item from the shop.
