Ways to pay
- Prepaid — card, UPI, or netbanking through Razorpay or the checkout partner platform used at checkout.
- Cash on delivery — available on home-delivery orders when that option is shown at checkout.
Store-fitment orders are confirmed when you place them and pay as shown at checkout.
What we do not store
Tyre World does not store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. Those details stay with Razorpay or the checkout partner.
When an order is confirmed
A prepaid order is confirmed when the payment partner reports a successful payment. A COD order is confirmed when we accept the order. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the order or payment reference. We will trace it with the payment partner and try our best to resolve it.
Refunds of an approved cancellation or a wrong item follow the refund policy and are sent back through the same partner.
