Before dispatch or fitment
Contact Tyre World with your order number to cancel a home-delivery order before Shiprocket dispatch, or a store-fitment order before the blades are fitted. If the prepaid payment has already been captured, an approved cancellation is refunded as described in the refund policy.
After Shiprocket has the parcel
Once Shiprocket has dispatched the order, cancellation depends on the shipment status. Shiprocket is responsible for the courier movement. Tyre World will coordinate with Shiprocket and try its best to stop or return the parcel. A parcel that is already out for delivery may not be cancellable.
After store fitment
Once the blades have been fitted on your vehicle at the workshop, the order is complete and cannot be cancelled.
